Bought two Go 4s. One connected fine. The other one won't connect. The normal Bluetooth pairing process doesn't work. I keep getting a popup on the lower half of my screen asking me to connect. It takes over a minute to connect, but then it's still not connected. It prompts me to download this app, which also can't find the speaker. The speaker is useless. Update: I deleted the first speaker hoping it would help, and now I can't connect to that one. So now both speakers are useless.

On my 3rd Clip5 with baffling issues with Bluetooth connecting, staying on and all the sudden shutting down. The main office has been quite helpful with suggestions which none of them have worked. they have however, sent me new devices. one was re-engineered one that did the same thing as the first one. now after one after that I have a brand new one and as of this day I've had to do a reset on it twice. Bluetooth connected it twice and we'll see how that goes. very frustrating

I like it but don't love it. Way to much compression in the software of the speaker itself. I can't make it through a full hour. If you have room for it, buy something with larger bass speakers and a direct line in option available. This is amazing sound for such a small package. Use the JBL app to customize EQ. You will need to crank the high end using the last 3 sliders.
